Semi-Personal Training/ One-on-One Training
Semi-Personal Training is a unique, supervised, customized workout comprised of timed intervals utilizing free weights, machines, cardio equipment, balls, bands, core strengthening and stabilization toys, AND a certified personal trainer.
Whether you're brand new to exercise, returning from an injury, or an athlete, it's an ideal workout format. You can choose to workout any amount of time up to the full hour. With just a few sessions a week, you'll make great strides in endurance, strength, agility, balance and coordination. Class size is limited to fulfill each individual's needs.SPT (SEMI-PERSONAL TRAINING) classes are designed to fit your schedule and meet your health and fitness goals. A monthly commitment is necessary in order to book a permanent spot.
Recommended for "newbies" is a *personal training session prior to your first SPT class.
ONE-ON-ONE/DUET PERSONAL TRAINING @ $80 for one or two people; $560 for 8 sessions.
